Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address, display name, profile image, and Firebase user identifier. We store saved collections, subscription status, account role, and basic security logs needed to operate the service.
Payments
Stripe processes payment details. Viral SaaS Marketing stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, billing status, renewal timing, and webhook records. We do not store full card numbers.
Content research
The service stores public TikTok URLs, account details, captions, engagement metrics, Apify ingestion provenance, and copies of media needed for the research library. Each imported record keeps its original source link. We also maintain review, rights, and takedown state.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate users, deliver subscriptions, operate collections and tools, secure the service, respond to support, improve relevance, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Google Cloud and Firebase provide hosting, authentication, storage, and databases. Stripe provides billing. Apify provides configured discovery jobs. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
Account data is retained while your account is active and as needed for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Raw ingestion data follows configured lifecycle rules. Viral SaaS Marketing uses restricted service identities, private storage, signed URLs, secure cookies, and webhook verification.
Your choices
You can cancel billing through Stripe and log out at any time. Requests to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, as well as creator takedown requests, can be submitted through account support. Some records may be retained where required by law.
