Using Viral SaaS Marketing
Viral SaaS Marketing provides research tools for discovering and organizing public marketing content. You must use the service lawfully and respect intellectual property, privacy, platform terms, and creator rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your Google-authenticated account. Do not share access, bypass subscription controls, probe the service, or use automated means that interfere with the product.
Subscriptions
Viral SaaS Marketing Pro is offered for $39 per month or $200 per year. Your subscription automatically renews at the cadence you choose until canceled, and applicable taxes may be added. You can update payment details, view invoices, switch plans, and cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
Third-party content
TikTok videos, creator profiles, product names, and external links belong to their respective owners. Viral SaaS Marketing does not claim ownership of third-party content. Availability can change when a source is deleted, restricted, or subject to a valid takedown request.
Acceptable use
You may use research results for internal creative analysis. You may not republish, resell, impersonate, harass, build biometric profiles, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Viral SaaS Marketing disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Questions, rights requests, and takedown notices can be submitted through account support.
